Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is the third game in the franchise, released in 2005. The world record for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory‘s co-op mode is 43:22 by Spike and Buttercak3, and there’s only one run on regular any% by CotySA. They provide commentary throughout detailing their strats and a few other good-to-know things such as easy ways to successfully hack locks. Oldschooldummy and Miniomegaking show off plenty of useful and useless glitches in this run starting after the first mission, particularly becoming totally invisible. This video was chosen to be featured because it’s the only co-op run with English (ant therefore understandable) runner commentary. Second, it’s technically an invalid run submitted on, but was accepted because there are so few other co-op runs. Thankfully the background music chosen does a fantastic job of immersing the viewer on its own. First, there is no in-game audio due to rights. But it’s back again, and we’re doing one of the fan favorites of the Tom Clancy name – Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Whew, seems like forever since the last Speedrun Fast episode.
